Audit and Quality Officer

Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce that we are looking to recruit a Audit and Quality Officer for our Client in the Middle East

The  officer is required to  perform and manage an audit team on the company personnel (In house) providing facilities management services soft and hard to various sectors and clients

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performs quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and compliance.
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate services provided and Develops quality control processes.
• Conducts frequent visits to the operation site, meets with the management team, checks the performance of the employees, inspects the stores, material, equipment, uniform…
• Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the operating unit.
• Reporting high risk concerns to top management that requires immediate resolution.
• Implements a documentary or archive system in each project containing employee files, invoicing, time and attendance sheets, insurance policies, records of vehicles, operation plans…
• Ensures that all reports and plans required by the contract are being present and submitted on time.
• Performs frequent interviews with site supervisors, technicians, employees… to make sure of their awareness of their duties.
• Meet with the client if required to listen to their feedback and cover their concerns.
• Understanding customer expectations and needs.

Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management/ Hotel or Hospitality Management/ Engineering/ Facilities Management.
• About 8-10 years in Facilities Management.
• Experience in managing the quality of FM- by having carried out KPI / SLA performance assessment.
• Experience in carrying out FM compliances and auditing gap analysis.
• Experience in training in house staff on quality parameters for operational service delivery.
• Health and safety knowledge, report writing skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills.
