Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce we are recruiting Community Intervention Team Nurse for our client in Cork/Kerry.
The successful candidate will be an experienced nurse who, acting within their scope of practice, will provide quality care for patients in their home, usual place of residence or approved treatment location appropriate to patient needs. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients. The post holder will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. They will work collaboratively with the community intervention team to meet the needs of the patients while supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
Duties will include:
The CIT Nurse may from time to time be required to carry out tasks in addition to the normal duties but such tasks will be both reasonable and within their capabilities. The CIT Nurse shall observe and comply with all reasonable instructions and directions from time to time given by the CIT Services Manager/or management.
The post holder will through ongoing liaison with management ensure the effective running of service and the delivery of first-class community service. The post holder must also ensure adherence to all organisation programmes, policies, and procedures.

Mix of 08.00 – 19.00
12.00-22.00 or 00.00
14.00-22.00 or 00.00
Experience in the following competencies an advantage:
