What we are looking for:
Senior Managing Director in Education Management / Higher Education (College or University) Solid 15 – 20 years’ experience in Education Management – 10 of which in the same capacity as Director Should have a sound commercial sense in developing new education business (university campus) Age Limit: 55years old (MAX)
Job Purpose: The Director of Education under the general supervision of the Executive Director and CEO to lead education strategies, develop and sustain interests in education. The Director of Educational Services oversees the day-to-day operations of the Educational Cluster. This individual is responsible for the development and promotion of educational businesses, implementation of all strategies approved by management and the effective day-to-day management of educational operations.
Skills: A strong personal commitment to the vision and mission for the Education Cluster Ability to develop, implement and oversee programs related to the Education Cluster mission, vision, and philosophy. Proven experience in Education management, oversight and establishing new campuses. Strong facilitation and group leadership skills. A familiarity with and understanding of the challenges of education provision in the Middle East. The ability to conceive, develop and complete tasks without close supervision. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills. Strong supervisory and budget development and monitoring skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks. An understanding of human relations programming assessment and measurement tools. Computer competency and proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office environment.
