Female Surgical – Charge Nurse | Saudi Arabia

Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce that we are currently recruiting for a Female Surgical Charge Nurse for our client based in Saudi Arabia.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Charge Nurse will take on a leadership role by providing direction to the nursing personnel. In order to accomplish this, they must follow organizational, departmental goals and objectives, therefore, ensuring smooth service. Ensure the provision of optimal standards of professional nursing care delivery to patients within an assigned hospital unit. Functions as a Charge Nurse while on duty and may assume the Head Nurse role during his/her absence.

Skills

Fluency and comprehension in written and spoken English are essential for this position.

Previous surgical nursing experience is essential.

Excellent patient care mentality, working to a high standard

Computer literate.

Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.

Education

BSc (Hons) in Nursing or equivalent.
