Role of Manager
The role would involve the recruitment of staff
It would also involve training of FOH staff including the management
It would be expected that the manager could prepare purchase reports, both weekly and monthly
Another role would involve month end stock take reports
Daily cash up report monitoring and customer experience monitoring would also be important daily responsibilities
Creating and developing promotions in conjunction with marketing team while also assiting with the brand image
Staff discipline and staff morale monitoring would be essential to ensure success
Supplier negotiation is needed
Setting outlet sales targets
There would be many tasks in relation to finance such as- Service charge and salary drafting, budgeting of annual incomes and expenses and incentive proposals
Business Development / project management with new projects
Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
Work closely with finance department to monitor current and future situation
Requirements of Manager
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in said position in hospitality industry
Good English, Good Arabic
International / GCC experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication skills while also being an outgoing character
Accuracy and attention to details
Information collection and management
Self-confident and able to show plenty of initiative
Career minded and professional at all times
Self-starter, able to work on own initiative
The candidate should be adaptable, flexible, calm and have a professional manner
Energetic and ambitious while working under stress and meet deadlines
Taking responsibility and ownership and also be problem-solving oriented
