Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce we are recruiting a Marketing and Sales Manager for our client in the Poultry industry in Oman.
Directly Responsible for the performance and productivity of Sales, and Marketing units. Overseeing the planning, development and the implementation of policies, practices, tactics, and campaigns concerning sales and marketing activities, while ensuring the achievement of the company targeted sales goals operationally, and financially.
Responsibilities of Marketing and Sales Manager
Design, Development and implementation of appropriate strategic marketing and sales plans that are aligned with the company projected production and targeted sales and profits.
Supervise the monitoring of day-to-day sales performance and taking required and corrective measures and actions to ensure the effectiveness and profitability of sales operations.
Continuously assessing marketing techniques and sales tactics to ensure implementing the latest and most effective techniques and practises.
Stay up to date on current market trends
Create periodic updates to share with the executive management on Sales & MKT programs progresses, trends, and proposed ways to enhance and modify for the sake of improving performances.
Work collaboratively with both Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to assess projections and sales targets.
Lead Marketing unit in launching effective, and relevant marketing programs to support sales targets and correctly position company according to the Company Marketing Strategy.
Ensure proper documentation of trends, insights, and feedback from market, customers, and related stakeholders for the purpose of continuous enhancement of approaches and campaigns.
Directly supervise the process of creating an effective and relevant network that will strengthen the performance of Marketing and will be reflected in the sales performance.
Lead the Development of products positioning, and pricing strategy in liaison with the executive management.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Supervise the development of primary and subsidiary budgets for both unit Sales & MKT.
Ensure Units expenditures are toward achieving the company defined goals and within budgetary limits.
Adhere to internal processes and encourage adherence from team members; recognize the need for modifications to existing processes and share them with appropriate teams.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Other Assignments within the needs and inquiries of the company activities and goals.
• Minimum of 20 years of Experience
• At least 10 years’ in a senior managerial level within sales & MKT at the Food Industry.
• Sales & MKT experience within the GCC market in Poultry Business would be preferred.
• Proven record of running Sales & MKT Campaigns and programs within GCC.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Master’s degree would be a plus.
