Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce we are currently seeking a Project Manager Electrical & Instrumentation for our client in Luxembourg.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
Development of and adherence to all project routines and procedures and full implementation of all agreed common project standards.
Project/ Construction Management, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of Master Schedule and mobilisation curve, Material Take Off cost control and invoice preparation.
Coordinate with the Client, Engineering Department and Procurement Department on any procurement or budget control issue.
Interpret and study the Construction and Technical Drawings.
Involve and oversees the Tender cost estimation.
Involve in testing of Electrical and Instrument Systems, Commissioning of power distribution and Terminal Automation system.
Evaluate, and authorise changes that facilitate achievement of safe, timely project completion and within budget.
Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
Select and manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service Analysis project reports and approve project issues within the limit of authority.
Select, guide and develop a team of 200 to 500 Electrical and Instrumentation professionals and install team with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws Ensure that organisation and government standards on safety are met
Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met.
Allocate capital and human resources to maximise productivity Supervise and implement project expense, other assets and resources within budget
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 – 10 years experience as Electrical and Instrument Project Manager in Oil and Petrochemical Construction Projects
Proven track record in leading a team Electrical and Instrumentation personnel in completion of EPCM projects.
Positive attitudes and result orientated Good interpersonal, management and decision making skills
