Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce we are recruiting for a Project Manager for our client in Luxembourg.
The Project Manager is responsible to deliver the Project within Budget and on Schedule while creating a business relationship with the client to ensure repeat business. The Project Manager must have E&I background.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Health & Safety Management ensures that safe work practices are followed at all times and zero accident incidences are maintained.
Deliver the Project within Budget & on Schedule.
Drive the job commercially.
Ensure systems & procedures are being utilized
Maintain cash flow with the P&L on the project.
Reviews the preparation of presentations, technical evaluations and cost estimates
Establish a site-specific execution framework that promotes the safety, quality, security, productivity, schedule, cost control, and profitability of the project.
Utilizes insight and experience by providing recommendations on strategy, best practices, and other operational issues.
Maintains a positive cash-flow of the project.
Ensures that all third party interests are maintained in accordance with good business practices at all times.
Prepares and closely monitors the budget for the project in accordance with the CCS (Cost Control Sheet)
Meets project targets on sales margin and cash flow as specified in the CCS (Cost Control Sheet)
Complies with legal regulations concerning labor and personnel welfare.
Prepares and implements the project plans, standards, and procedures in accordance with company, client and project requirements.
Makes sure that the project control functions for material takeoff and quantity measurement are maintained in line with the company and client’s standards.
Complies with Engineering standard requirements for the project, as well as statutory audit requirements.
Protects Sepam’s interests in the contract with the Client and with subcontractors and suppliers, ensures no risk to the company.
Ensures that the company’s procurement procedures are strictly adhered to.
Maintains correct manning levels in accordance with company ratios.
Effectively manage labor resources and labor contracts in a harmonious manner
Assists with personnel decisions including hiring, terminations, wage decisions, and promotions.
Conducts performance appraisals as required.
Formulates and implements employee corrective actions as needed.
Provides leadership through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication.
Directs and assigns personnel.
Provides assistance and support as needed.
Establishes and maintains harmonious business relationships with clients.
Submits regular progress reports to keep the clients well-informed.
Develops business contacts and generate new business projects for the company.
Promote client relations at the site, and identify opportunities for up-sell of services.
Monitors closely ongoing projects.
Submits regular progress reports to the Programme Manager.
Collection of receivables.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Degree/ Professionally Qualified Electrical or Instrumentation
Experience in Petrochemical and Pharma industry is mandatory
Minimum 10 years managerial experience
Strong communication skills.
Adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills.
High level of personal organisation and attention to detail.
