About the role
We are looking for Team Lead Recruitment Partners to lead a team of high performing recruitment Partners who work across regional portfolios to deliver customer focused, end to end recruitment service delivery. You will be collaborating with teams across the globe, working towards sustainable business outcomes. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust working relationships with the business to ensure a world class standard of service.
This critical role is suited to someone who is keen to make a difference and work for a globally recognized mining company. Working a Monday – Friday roster and reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be:
Managing a diverse team of Recruitment Partners based in various geographic locations to achieve a set of objectives whilst developing the performance of the team.
Working with virtual teams to develop sourcing strategies focused on meeting business needs and requirements
Engaging with other human resource areas and line leadership to understand and anticipate emerging talent need and opportunities
Working with your stakeholders to provide guidance on the recruitment process and influence outcomes
Acting as a key facilitator to resolve complex issues and identify appropriate mitigation strategies
Requirements for the Recruitment Team Lead position:
University degree in HR, Labor relations or relevant fields
Significant experience in a traditional end-to-end recruitment service delivery function
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in leading a team of high performing Recruitment professionals based in different geographic locations.
Exceptional customer relationship management skills with the ability to influence decisions at a high level.
Business fluency in both English and French languages Where you will be working
