Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce due to continued growth we are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Kerry.

Chase Resourcing is an internationally renowned brand in the recruitment consultancy Industry. We specialize in the acquisition of high-performance talent in vertical markets across the globe.

Responsibilities of Senior Recruitment Consultant:

• Managing accounts for various clients
• Leading the development of new business within Ireland & International markets
• Source, select / screen and recruit Contract and Permanent professionals utilizing our databases, social media channels, web based advertising, industry networks and head hunting techniques.
• Manage the complete recruitment process life-cycle
• Develop and maintain effective business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Taking new members of staff / trainees under your wing to train and develop, whilst ensuring their spirits are high
• Maintaining recruitment systems on a daily basis so as to ensure information is kept up-to-date
• Identifying and continuously looking for new ways to improve the service to the client
• Always looking to develop a pipeline of talent to support future growth and to bring a more strategic focus to recruitment in general
• Ensure timely turnaround times to meet client requirements, whilst at the same time maintaining a first class high quality service

Requirements needed for role of Senior Recruitment Consultant:

• Degree qualification
• 3 years experience in recruitment industry
• Passionate about the Recruitment Industry and placing candidate
• Proven experience in Client delivery & will go the extra mile
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work calmly under pressure
