Senior Transport Mobility Expert

Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce we are looking for a Senior Transport Mobility Expert for our client based in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• The Senior Transport Mobility Expert position is for an expert in all components of active modes of transport handled by the department.
• Proven experience in mobility provisions for ‘Active Modes’ of transport from concept stage to detail design stage.
• Provide guidance and expertise in the use of latest ITS and advancement in micro mobility.
• Knowledge  on infrastructure requirements for e-mobility (cleaner sources of energy)
• Familiar with safety audits and guidelines for the design of pedestrians and cycle lanes
• Apply International and National Standards as applicable
• Capable of designing and supervising appropriate data collection as per the requirements.
• Coordinating project details with superiorsprovide technical support to other departments, area offices, and project sites as required.

Requirements

• Degree in transport related discipline (MSc. or Ph.D. is an advantage)
• Minimum of project experience 5 years minimum experience in the UK and Europe
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage and supervise junior staff on all stages of transport mobility development.

The principal work location is likely to be in one of our clients  European offices but some travel is expected to project sites, to national maritime headquarters or other clients’ offices and to other main design offices in Beirut, Cairo and Amman.
