About the role
We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Adviser to join our small global team of talent specialists who work proactively to attract top talent. We will be building the strategic foundation for recruitment team globally and you have a real opportunity to shape the way the client sources its top talent.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a curious and driven nature wanting to specialist in an area. You will be given the autonomy to be creative in the strategies that you deliver all backed with leading CRM & recruitment marketing technology. Reporting to the Manager Strategic Sourcing you will be:
Partnering with recruiters and other relevant stakeholders to assess current and forecasted hiring needs
Designing and deploying fit for purpose talent attraction strategies for both new projects and existing recruitment activity
Cultivating and managing talent aligned with our critical talent segments effectively pipelining them into relevant opportunities
Managing critical talent segment pipelines within the CRM & recruitment marketing system
Conducting a variety of sourcing & recruitment marketing techniques including direct search and engagement
Working with the business to help them understand the sourcing strategy on various initiatives
Delivering talent research, managing talent tools and market intelligence
Strong experience in the execution of primary and secondary sourcing techniques
Degree in HR or related discipline.
Experience in the build and delivery of talent pipelines
Curiosity for learning new skills, for understanding industry trends and trying out new strategy
Consultative and proactive approach to work
Experience in the development of market mapping and competitive intelligence, as well as search summaries is ideal
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong ability to execute, translate and influence strategy
Experience in managing talent pools and own plans
