Director of Clinical Nursing-Riyadh Saudi Arabia Contract

Job Description:

• Clinical Leadership: Oversee nursing practices, develop and implement clinical policies, and ensure adherence to evidence-based care standards.
• Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Operational Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and coordinate workflows to optimize patient care
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies, including patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Program Development: Lead initiatives to improve clinical services, integrate multidisciplinary care, and develop community or organizational programs
• Collaboration: Work with other healthcare leaders, physicians, and administrative staff to align nursing operations with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution – Essential
• Master’s Degree in Nursing/Management from an accredited institution – Essential
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse – Essential
• Specific Certification as required in area of assignment – Essential

Work Experience

• Minimum of 10 (ten) years’ current clinical nursing experience following licensure/ registration in the country of origin,

5 (five) years of which in comparable managerial capacity – Essential
