Providing administrative support to the department. Dealing with enquiries from clients and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner A range of clerical tasks, such as data handling/entry, updating records onto in house systems Processing forms, writing reports as well as filing, photocopying and scanning
Previous experience within an administrative role. A compassionate and empathetic nature Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle themselves well in stressful situations Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong IT and organisational skills
